These Terms & Conditions govern your use of rolomon.com and any purchase you make from Rolomon. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

Our products

Rolomon sells privately-labelled and original-design lifestyle goods — apparel, beauty and skincare, tech accessories, home and desk goods, and related everyday items. We do not resell other brands’ trademarked products, and we do not sell footwear. We describe products as accurately as we can, but we do not warrant that descriptions, images, pricing or availability are always error-free or current. We may correct errors, limit quantities or decline an order at our discretion.

Cosmetic products are sold for cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is taken securely through our payment provider when you place your order. By ordering, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you.

Our giving commitment

Rolomon commits to donating 70% of profit to organisations supporting refugees, people experiencing homelessness, and people harmed by conflict and disaster. “Profit” means net profit after the cost of goods, shipping, payment processing fees and the costs of operating the business. This is a voluntary commitment that we report on through our Impact page. It does not change the price you pay, is not a purchase-triggered donation to any specific named organisation, and does not create a contractual entitlement for any third party.

Intellectual property

The Rolomon name, logo, product designs, photography and site content are owned by or licensed to Rolomon and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation or security, or use automated tools to scrape it without permission.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Third-party services

The site relies on third-party services such as payment processors and shipping carriers, and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Rolomon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order it relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence applies.
